Compassionate care

The Comprehensive Women’s Health Center (CWHC) is dedicated to the provision of high-quality, affordable pregnancy termination, comprehensive family planning, and early pregnancy complication care services for all patients. We believe every patient deserves to be treated with dignity and respect regardless of life circumstances. We understand that the decisions about continuing a pregnancy are among the hardest that patients have to make.

The clinic was founded with three major goals:

• To provide accessible, high-quality abortion, family planning, and early pregnancy complication care services in a private, comfortable, and sensitive atmosphere
• To expand access to abortion services by training future providers
• To improve contraception and abortion services through clinical research

The CWHC is integrated into a private patient's health practice, so patients cannot be identified as seeking termination of pregnancy. We seek to provide individual care and in a supportive environment.

Knowledgeable staff

All our doctors are board-certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and have completed an additional two-year fellowship in family planning, which includes specialty training in abortion care up to 22 weeks. The CWHC is the only abortion clinic in the state to offer a full staff of fellowship-trained physicians. This extra training equips our doctors with the special knowledge necessary to provide top-quality care to our patients before, during and after treatment.
